Q. What are your delivery times?
A. Orders are processed and despatched the same day we receive your order providing it arrives with us prior to 13.00 hrs. Orders received after 13.00 hrs will be dispatched the next working day. Services used are Royal Mail 1st Class, Royal Mail 2nd Class, Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, Royal Mail Special Delivery, Parcelforce and Airmail.

This service costs £7.50, is guaranteed before 1 pm, parcels can be tracked and will require a signature on delivery. A. All orders with an order value of over £20 will require a signature on delivery as will orders being delivered to business and flat addresses. Generally, it is always best to provide a delivery address where the item can be signed for during the day.
